Payment & sales

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All material must be paid in full before bagging, loading, and delivering.

Checks

Driver's license number and date of birth are required on all checks. Temporary checks are not accepted.

One material per delivery

We can only deliver and dump one material at a time and in just one spot. There are no partitions in the truck.

Truck load & cubic yards

A full truck load could be between 15 and 19 cubic yards, depending on the material density. One cubic yard is at least 15% more than a ton.

Liability & spillage

We are not responsible for any damages done while loading or delivering materials. Unloading of materials will be at the discretion of the driver for his safety and the equipment's as well. The customer assumes all responsibility for any material spillage on roads.

Delivery confirmations

The company reserves the right to reschedule deliveries in case customers do not reply by phone or text to any confirmations.

Driveway delivery

We only deliver on driveways (pallets and bulk materials) and only dump in one spot per delivery. In order for us to deliver, the driveway has to be cleared. Any other place will be under the customer's responsibility and driver consideration.

Material variation

All gravel and river rocks have to be washed. All materials will vary in color, size, and texture.

Storage fee

A storage fee will apply after 30 days at $25.00 per day.

Surcharges

Administrative and fuel surcharges may apply.

Concrete pavers

For concrete pavers, you have 24 hours to claim for broken pieces and bring them back to the store to exchange them for a new one.

Super sacks

We only refill super sacks if they are in good condition.
